Celebrate Good Times!! 12x12 Layout -- Creative Memories Cheerful Seasons Cricut Cartridge

Hello, my crafty friends!!  It's time for another challenge at Celebrate The Occasion!!  This week, the challenge is to create a card, layout, or other project for "Any Occasion" using the colors GREEN and WHITE plus one optional color!!  I hope you'll Celebrate Good Times with me by entering the challenge HERE...

For my project, I created a two-page 12x12 layout, using some of my FAVORITE things...  Creative Memories Cheerful Paper, Simply Beautiful flowers, Wild Wasabi Ink, a little bit of BLING!, and my Cheerful Seasons Cricut Cartridge!!

I love the phrases found towards the end of the handbook (check out the whole handbook HERE)...  There are so many fun little titles to make a quick addition to your cards and scrapbook pages...  Of course, this cartridge is also home to my most favorite image for fall (check out THIS CARD to see it)...

This phrase has three layers and is cut at 3"...  The shadow (white), the base (yellow), and the 'celebrate' layer (green).  I used pop dots to give it some dimension.

I really loved the look of the circle with the phrase, so I decided to recreate it as a large embellishment for my layout...  To do this, I used the Jumbo Circle from CM's Custom Cutting System...  I then added the layered dots (using my CM circle punch) to the large circle...

Six photo mats were necessary for the photos I created this layout for (it's our visit to Pinkberry in New York City!!), so each photo (represented by the white boxes) was trimmed to 3.5x5.5...  The yellow mats measure 4x6 and the white outer mats measure 4.25x6.25.

Just about everything was inked with Wild Wasabi...

A few 1/2" strips of striped green paper, some flowers, and a little bit of bling finished off my layout to celebrate the good times we had at Pinkberry!!  :)
