Memories In Tyme Birthday Blog Hop -- Happy Birthday, Lynda!! :)

Welcome to the "Memories In Tyme" Birthday Blog Hop!!

Welcome to Lynda's Birthday Celebration where, with the help of a few of her friends, she's showcasing birthday cards, layouts, and MORE!!  Since TODAY is Lynda's birthday, she has assembled a WONDERFUL list of crafty friends to celebrate her day...  So, please join us in saying, "Happy Birthday, Lynda!!" by joining us on this SUPER FUN hop!!  Hopefully you will come away with some creative new ideas for your next Birthday celebration...

In addition to some lovely birthday-themed projects, you'll find some Blog Candy scattered here and there!!  Lynda is also giving a $10 Visa card to one lucky follower who:
  • Becomes a follower at each blog, and....
  • Leaves a comment at every stop!!
If you've hopped along from Gina then you are in the right place!! If you are just joining me from your dashboard, or reading this via email, please be sure to CLICK HERE to start at the beginning with Lynda's blog (because the beginning is the BEST place to START!!)...

For Lynda's birthday, I created a SUPER FUN, bright and cheerful Birthday Card for her...
This is the second card I've made using a NEW card design that I just learned from my new friend Laura from Laura's Crafts and More!!  Laura just did a Guest Designer spot on my blog on Friday -- If you haven't checked out her post yet, please CLICK HERE to see it (there's even a chance to win a little goodie, so be sure to check that out too)!!  The card starts out square and FLAT.....
But when you remove the belly band, it POPS open into a little box!!  Perfect for a little gift like a pair of earrings or a gift card or some scrapbooking embellishments!! :)
The paper I used is from the Creative Memories Cheerful Power Palette Tone-on-Tone Paper Pack...  The bright colors are so fun to work with and I love them for this card!! :)
Isn't that Party-Time Monster just the cutest???  I picked him up from Dustin Pike during his Blogiversary event -- You can find this partying monster in  Dustin's Blog-iversary Digi Set HERE...  and a sample of all the digis included HERE (it's 207 digis, and they are ALL awesome!!)......  I just can't help but SMILE when I see this little guy -- And I'm hoping he makes Lynda smile too!! :)
The AWESOME sentiments are from the Positive Thoughts" Stamp Art Set from K Andrew Designs...  I just love the versatility of this set -- Birthdays, graduations, thinking of you...  The sentiments are perfect for so many occasions!!

I'd like to give Lynda a HUGE thank you for including me in her Birthday Celebration!!  I'd also like to thank  all of my wonderful friends and followers who are helping to make this such a FABULOUS hop!!  Now....   Before I send you off to your next stop on the hop...  What's a hop without some CANDY???  I have a *birthday package of goodies* to send out to one fabulous winner!! :)

To be eligible for my blog candy:

Well, of course, you did not disappoint! Another fabulous project--I love how your cards are never 'just' cards. You know you are one of my faves! Best b-day present? That's a hard one -- probably when my BFF came down with a trunkful of fun things to celebrate with!!

Super cute! Love it. The best birthday present I ever received was my blue Wishblade. If my hubby hadn't bought that for me, I don't know if I would have gotten so into crafting.

Another fun box!!! Love the little monster!!!

My favorite gift was the "Everything Red" party my family threw for me. They had everyone wear red, all the decorations were red, the food was red (steak, beet salad, etc.), it was so fun. Obviously red is my favorite color!

Follower via GFC! The best bday gift was my 26th bday, I was pregnant w/ our 1st child & my hubby took me 2 a fondue place called The Melting Pot, where 4 of our closest friends met up & we got a private room w/ a waiter just 4 us! My husband paid the entire tab (over $200)! We had champagne (not me, I had a virgin banana daiquari) 2 different cheeses, salads & 2 different chocolates! Plus I got awesome gifts! Best bday ever! thanx~prhmangel at gmail dot come!
